When will my item ship?

Most items ship in 2-4 weeks, but ship times will vary based on availability of blank glass(since all items are hand made) and time of year. Some ship times can take up to 8 weeks.

Why is shipping so much? 

Shipping glass isn't cheap. Packaging it correctly to prevent breakage is a major reason that shipping costs are high, but it also had to do with weight.

Can you do custom work?

Yes

Can I get this 8 color logo etched?

No, it needs to be a single color logo.
